5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use Shaek for the following:

6. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI outputs may contain errors.
• AI outputs may be incomplete.
• AI outputs should not be treated as professional advice.
• Shaek does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Users must independently verify important information.
• Shaek is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Shaek, including software, algorithms, branding, logos, design, interface, and platform architecture, is owned by Shaek or its licensors.

• Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or replicate the service without written permission.

8. User Content

• Users may submit prompts, questions, or content when using the AI service.
• By submitting content, you grant Shaek a non-exclusive license to process and analyze it for operating and improving the service.
• Users are responsible for the legality of submitted content.
• Shaek does not claim ownership of user prompts or inputs.
