Shaek provides AI-powered services that may be offered through:

  • Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of AI services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Subscription Payments

Non-Refundable After Billing: All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law.

This includes partial usage of a billing period and unused time remaining in a subscription.

Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Technical Failure: If the platform experiences a verified system-wide failure that prevents access to paid services, users may request a refund.

  • Issue must be reported within 7 days.
  • Shaek must verify the technical problem.
  • The issue must not be caused by user device or internet problems.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without the user's authorization, users must report the issue immediately and Shaek may investigate before issuing a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • User dissatisfaction with AI responses.
  • Incorrect or misunderstood expectations of the service.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.
  • Limited or occasional service interruptions.
  • User misuse or violation of policies.
  • Account suspension due to policy violations.

5. Free Trials and Promotions

If Shaek offers free trials, no charges apply during the trial period. Once the trial ends and billing begins, standard refund rules apply.

Promotional or discounted plans are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, app stores).

In such cases, refunds may also be subject to the provider's policies, and users may need to contact the payment provider directly.

Shaek is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
